I had the most beautiful experience at "Polished Byron Bay" this week.💕 I booked a Footlogix Spa Pedicure with gel and an extended foot massage, a service very close to my heart as it’s exactly what I used to offer at my own studio, Karen Marie Studio in Woodgate. So I can honestly say I have high standards… and they absolutely delivered. Aya looked after my pedi and she is such a gentle, beautiful, calming soul. She made me feel instantly relaxed and completely confident in her skills. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing and works with care and intention. My extended massage was finished by the lovely, bubbly Sonia. While I would have happily stayed with Aya for the whole service, I genuinely enjoyed Sonia’s warm personality, beautiful energy, and the relaxing massage (plus a lovely chat 😊). It was my first time trying BIAB on my toes and I must say I love it! Such a beautiful, strong finish. As a former nail tech myself, I also appreciated the timing. My full service ran beautifully in about 1 hour, plus 10 minutes for the extended massage. It reminded me that a high-quality pedicure can absolutely be done efficiently without compromising on care (I used to keep my clients for 2 hours!). Thank you, lovely young women. My bridesmaids and I had such a lovely experience at Polished! We spent the day getting facials, manis, pedis and a LED treatment - all so relaxing and we loved every treatment. The team had such a beautiful energy and were accommodating. Such a great start to my wedding weekend!

We had a such a nice afternoon at Polished! I took my 3 year old in for a “girls trip” special treat for both of us and the ladies were all so wonderful. They treated my little girl with such care listening to all her little stories with interest. I got a gel pedi and biab mani, both of which turned out so beautifully. What a lovely, warm experience. Wonderful welcoming staff and treatments. Highly recommended. I had the Massage with light therapy & a classic pedicure with complimentary herbal tea served. Treatments by the talented therapist Aya✨️💖. Highly recommended 👌 💆🏼♀️

Such a great experience. Went ahead of a wedding and honestly one of the best mani pedís i’ve had. i don’t have polish and Elle was very particular and careful in her treatment and gave me some great advice on nail care - plus a lovely conversation!
